Bali Hai offers a complete dining experience, featuring a three-course dinner menu that includes an appetizer, main course, and dessert, as well as beverages such as wine or selected cocktails.

The menu blends Chilean, international, and Polynesian culinary influences, resulting in flavorful, well-crafted dishes that appeal to a wide variety of tastes and perfectly complement the cultural spectacle.
